Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree with required experience thresholds: ASO DIR: 1 year, or DIR: 3 years; or bachelor’s with 3–5 years depending on role.
• Strong donor relations, portfolio management, and major gift cultivation experience.

Aufgaben

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects (>$50,000).
• Grow portfolio of prospects, advance relationships to closure via visits, proposals, and solicitations.
• Develop and present donor papers and proposals aligned with UF Health and UF Foundation priorities.
• Involve stakeholders to support fundraising and campaign initiatives; track advancement activity.
• Support strategy development for annual giving and donor engagement across campaigns.
