Job summary

Cristo Rey St. Viator College Preparatory in North Las Vegas seeks a Development Director to lead the Development & Fundraising department and manage daily operations toward a $3M+ annual fundraising goal.

The role partners with the President, CWSP Business Partnerships Director, and the Development Manager to cultivate major gifts, foundations, and corporate partnerships, while guiding events, reporting, and donor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with fundraising, managing professional staff and soliciting major gifts.
• Strong alignment with Cristo Rey St. Viator mission.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute annual fundraising plan including major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundations and grants.
• Lead the Development Office team and collaborate with the President and Development Manager.
• Cultivate relationships and solicit funds from major gift prospects.
• Oversee grant writing and reporting to foundations that support the school.
• Coordinate donor communications and fundraising events throughout the year.
