Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Cristo Rey's Catholic, Jesuit mission.
• 5+ years advancement experience.
• Grant writing experience.
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fundraising activities to meet annual financial needs.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with donors and foundations.
• Collaborate with Corporate Work Study to secure support.
• Manage donations, acknowledgements, and donor data.
• Lead marketing and communications functions for the school.
• Coordinate grant applications and reporting.
• Support and supervise Advancement staff.
• Attend Board and committees meetings.
• Ensure alignment with school mission and goals.
• Maintain donor communications and events.
