Responsibilities

• Lead the Development Department, overseeing fundraising strategy across individual, foundation, and corporate giving.
• Develop annual development plan with clear revenue goals and donor engagement actions.
• Partner with the Executive Director on fundraising priorities and major donor opportunities.
• Oversee donor records, pipeline tracking, and fundraising performance reporting.
• Engage the Board of Directors, Athlete Council and broader community to support fundraising opportunities.
