The Mental Health Center in Manchester, NH seeks a Development Director to lead all fundraising activities, donor relations, and sponsorships, and to craft strategies for planned giving. You will work with leadership to advance the center’s mission and to expand funding partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and eight+ years of fundraising experience, with a proven record in growing donor pipelines, managing campaigns, and collaborating with media partners to raise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years fundraising experience.
• Proven success in donor relations and major gifts.
• Experience creating and launching fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Donor relations, planned giving, stewardship, and sponsor recognition.
• Grow sponsorships for the Center.
• Update and monitor the website and coordinate site use for programs.
• Collaborate with VP of Community Relations on agency events.
• Build relationships with media platforms (newspapers, radio, TV).
• Monitor donations and donor thank-you process.
• Report funding flows to VP and Development Committee.
• Lead planned giving program launch in the coming year.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
