Job summary

MCHS is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising operations, manage a team of development professionals, and drive revenue goals. You will oversee donor strategy, CRM integrity, and stewardship programs while aligning with the Chief Development Officer’s vision.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years in fundraising, and three years of supervisory experience, with flexibility for some evening or weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive fundraising and development experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage Development Officers and Development Coordinators.
• Establish revenue goals and performance expectations for each report.
• Lead execution of the annual development plan with strategy alignment.
• Oversee donor pipeline development and moves management systems.
• Coordinate cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Ensure CRM integrity and accurate revenue reporting.
