Job summary

Medical Bridges seeks a Director of Development to sustain and grow donor support. You will partner with the CEO and management to engage philanthropists, manage fundraising plans, and expand sponsorships across the Houston area and Texas Gulf Coast.

You will lead donor relations, develop strategies, manage the Donor Perfect database, and collaborate with teams to execute a major events program and sustaining gifts while representing the organization professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have nonprofit fundraising experience with demonstrated financial success.
• Strong written and oral communication skills essential.
• Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and corporate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategies and tactics.
• Manage donor relations and the Donor Perfect database.
• Prioritize outreach to donors and sponsors and support CEO on donor calls.
• Tailor fundraising activities to donor segments and cultivate long-term giving.
• Establish new donor relationships and help grow overall funding.
