Medina County Safety Council is seeking a Development and Community Relations Manager to lead the development and community relations team, directing fund development, marketing, and public relations initiatives. The role collaborates with the Executive Director and senior leadership to secure funding, build partnerships, and raise the agency’s profile.

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or related field.
• Five years of experience in marketing, fundraising and development, with two years in supervision.
• Proficiency with design and publishing programs and social media; strong written and verbal communication.

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate the development & community relations team.
• Lead Board Development Committee and collaborate with external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a strategic funding and marketing plan; manage fund development and grants.
