Virginia AG is seeking a Director of Development for the Hylton Performing Arts Center within the College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University. The role leads all fundraising and philanthropic engagement for artistic programming, student success, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; demonstrated success in fundraising and donor engagement.
• Experience developing and executing fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develops a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with center priorities.
• Manages a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects with defined metrics.
• Leads donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and reporting activities.
• Tracks fundraising activity and outcomes using CRM system.
