Job summary

Render is hiring a Developer Programs Lead to own social, community and developer programs, shaping Render's developer voice and public launches.

You will build and lead a team, partner with DX, Marketing and Product, run X, LinkedIn and Reddit, and grow Discord and developer communities while creating ambassador and advocacy programs. This role sits at the intersection of product, devrel and communications.

Responsibilities

• Own social, community, developer programs, and developer voice as first Developer Programs Lead.
• Build and manage a team while partnering with DX, Marketing, and Product.
• Run X, LinkedIn, and Reddit accounts; grow Discord and developer communities.
• Create creator, ambassador, referral, and advocacy programs.
• Define Render's developer voice and handle public launches and incidents.
• Four weeks paid vacation, 14 weeks parental leave.
