Job summary

Slice is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the Developer Experience organization. You will guide multiple teams responsible for internal developer platform, infrastructure, CI/CD, tooling, and cloud platform.

Your focus is to remove friction in the software lifecycle, boost developer productivity, and scale platforms with the business. You'll partner with Product, Security, Infrastructure, and leadership to set technical strategy, invest in platform capabilities, and drive reliable,

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams or managers in a fast-growing tech company.
• Strong backend and cloud infra background with credible architectural influence.
• Experience building and scaling internal developer platforms and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and priorities for Developer Experience platforms.
• Lead engineering managers and senior engineers across distributed teams.
