Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Director of Desktop System Management to lead global endpoint architecture, IT support, and user technology operations across macOS, Windows, and Linux.

You will build a strategic roadmap for zero-touch onboarding, endpoint security compliance, and self-service tooling, while leading a high-performing team within Central Technology; a flexible hybrid environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT leadership managing desktop systems engineering or IT service management teams at scale.
• Proven track record modernizing IT workflows, zero-touch deployment, and self-service tooling.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Security, HR, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Desktop Operations & Onboarding: automate new hire onboarding, optimize global IT support, and self-service tooling.
• Endpoint Security & Hardware: collaborate with Security to enforce baseline standards, encryption, zero-trust, and MVP for MDM strategies.
• People & Organizational Leadership: recruit, mentor, and develop desktop engineering teams; drive SLA/SLO and asset management metrics.
