Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Director of Design to lead the execution and evolution of our data centre design platform across multiple projects. The role combines hands-on leadership with organizational development to scale a high-performing design function that supports Prime's rapid portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within design, engineering, or project delivery organisations.
• Experience delivering complex mission-critical, data centre, hyperscale, or large-scale developments.
• Proven success coordinating across multiple functions and managing external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design execution across multiple data centre developments, from concept through IFC and commissioning.
• Set design standards, governance, templates, and best practices for scalable delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and supplementary disciplines.
• Interface with Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Executives.
• Drive repeatable processes and operating models to improve efficiency, predictability, and quality.
