The role requires strong project management and leadership capabilities in a matrix organization. Responsibilities include directing design teams, ensuring deliverables within schedule, and maintaining resource availability.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and engineering degree.
• Experience leading design engineering projects and multiple teams.
• Knowledge of project management practices and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Design Engineering departments (Civil/Struct/Arch, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Oversee design projects, budgets, and schedules; prepare deliverables.
• Lead discussions with clients on objectives, scope, and budget.
• Direct and supervise project teams across disciplines and projects.
• Ensure resources and equipment are available to complete designs.
