MGA Entertainment, Inc. seeks a Director of Supply Planning to transform forecasts into on-shelf product across the Americas and Europe, covering a two-region scope and a chain from Hong Kong production to retail in-stock at major retailers.

This build-and-run role will own the global plan, forecast delivery, and 5-month forward match, with governance for tooling spend and weekly reviews to recover in-stock at key accounts.

Competenze

• 8+ years in supply chain / supply planning across multiple regions.
• Proven people leadership—you’ve managed managers.
• Experience partnering across Demand Planning, Manufacturing/Production Planning, Product Development, Procurement, Finance, and Sales.
• Track record of building process where none existed (approval gates, governance, reporting cadence).

Mansioni

• Own the global supply plan for Americas and EMEA.
• Forecast delivery against the locked 8-month forecast in both regions.
• Lead the 5-month forward supply match process.
• Flag lead time, capacity, tooling, or material issues before they become misses.
• Lead the retail in-stock recovery at key accounts with tight allocation discipline.
• Drive inventory health and aged/obsolete liquidation strategies.
• Build and govern tooling spend to align with forecast and capacity.
• Chairs Monthly Supply Planning Review and participates in the executive S&OP process.
