Job summary

MGA Entertainment is seeking a Director of Demand Planning to own the Target account, MGA's largest revenue source in the Americas. This role negotiates and owns MGA's side of the collaborative forecast, manages the demand plan, inventory position, and safety-stock commitments with Target’s teams.

Based in Minneapolis, the role works on-site with MGA’s Target sales organization. You will influence production, inventory, and policy decisions to protect revenue and improve in-stock performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Economics or a related field.
• 8+ years in demand planning, supply chain, merchandise planning or replenishment, including 3+ years leading a major national retail account.
• Direct experience owning a collaborative or joint forecast with a major US mass retailer.
• Experience owning an account at $150M+ in annual revenue with accountability for revenue delivery, in-stock, forecast accuracy and inventory position.
• Advanced Excel; working fluency in Power BI.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis metro area; on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand plan for US-Target and Target.com across MGA brands.
• Own delivery of the Target revenue plan (~$221M in FY2026) and monthly lock.
• Deliver forecast accuracy at brand and item grain; reduce variance.
• Lead monthly forecast calls and shipment plans supporting seasonal peaks.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning and Hong Kong to convert demand plan into production commitments.
