Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Operations for the AMER region to lead planning, forecasting, and execution excellence across the regional sales organization. You’ll partner with AMER leadership and global operations to drive go-to-market efficiency and data-informed decisions.

The role requires enterprise B2B experience, strong leadership across AMER markets, and hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading Sales Operations for enterprise B2B tech across AMER.
• Strong forecasting, GTM planning, quota design, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Sales Operations for AMER, including GTM planning and forecasting.
• Own quota deployment, operational cadence, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing and Product to align execution.
• Drive data enablement with CRM/BI tools and govern deal desk processes.
• Represent regional GTM in AMER market strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
