Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, economics, data science, data analytics, statistics or related field.
• Masters degree preferred; 5+ years of professional BI experience in sports industry or related field.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct data warehouse and CRM operations; manage database strategy and integrity.
• Lead dashboards and reports for KPIs across sponsorship, premium, ticketing, marketing and digital.
• Perform predictive modeling, forecasting and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and direct lead generation, nurturing and qualification campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing on targeting, ROAS measurement and campaign recaps.
• Ensure compliance with data regulations in collaboration with legal and vendors.
• Mentor department staff and deliver ad-hoc analyses.
