Job summary

Omnicom Media seeks a senior data and analytics leader to define and govern enterprise data management standards across agency accounts. You will guide data engineering, governance, and BI initiatives, working with onshore and offshore teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, enterprise data strategy, and hands-on oversight of data quality and business rules across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data management, data engineering, data operations and/or business intelligence.
• 10+ years in advertising agency experience.
• 10+ years in digital media data (Ad Server, digital, search, social, video, offline).
• 10+ years in an agile development environment.
• 10+ years in a management role.
• 10+ years in client-facing work.
• Experience managing offshore teams is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee departmental data strategy, governance, and dashboard visualization standards.
• Ensure data quality and business rules across onshore and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with Media/Ops to standardize taxonomy and adoption workflows.
• Direct cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement data solutions.
• Promote adoption of in-house data operations tools and processes.
• Stay updated on digital operations and platform changes.
