Lexia's data assets are central to growth and impact. We seek a Director of Data Strategy & Analytics to lead a team turning data into actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the executive team.

Reporting to the VP, Strategic Planning & Business Enablement, the Director will oversee analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, partner cross-functionally, and drive governance for BI systems while protecting data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, economics, business, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or data strategy with proven data-driven impact.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams and analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization's mission.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts.
• Own project prioritization for business analytics, including analyst and AI-enabled analytics projects.
• Lead Tableau/BI system strategy and governance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executives to align analytics with business needs.
