Global-Lending-Services seeks a Senior Director of Data Development to lead data integration, BI development, and enterprise reporting. You will drive architecture, governance, and data sharing across the organization, guiding a team of developers and analysts to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions.

This role requires extensive experience in BI, ETL, data lake, cloud data warehouses, and strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in BI, ETL, Data Architecture, and Analytics.
• 2+ years building data lake and cloud data warehouses.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration and BI development to deliver scalable reports.
• Drive data governance, security, and enterprise data sharing.
• Manage complex projects with governance, risk, and budgets.
