Job summary

Global Lending Services (GLS) is seeking a Data Developer to build scalable ETL processes, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality and security across the organization. You will design data warehouses and reports, collaborate with teams, and deliver reliable insights for decision-making.

The role emphasizes batch and real-time data integration, data governance, and tool proficiency in Power BI and SSRS, with a focus on protecting sensitive information and enabling data-driven business

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in ETL, Business Intelligence, or statistical analytics
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Power BI/SSRS and data visualization preferred
• Experience with data security and data quality practices

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL processes to populate data warehouses and feed dashboards
• Design and develop Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across data pipelines
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements
• Automate data workflows and optimize query performance
