Job summary

Partner company seeks a Sr. Manager, Enterprise BI in the United States to lead a global BI organization and shape enterprise-wide BI strategy and governance.

You will modernize reporting ecosystems, expand governed self-service analytics, and establish data quality and KPI standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in BI, analytics, enterprise reporting, data platforms, or related field.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience in a global or matrixed organization.
• Proven experience developing enterprise BI strategy, governance, adoption, and delivery.
• Deep technical expertise with Power BI, DAX, SQL, semantic models, governance, security, and performance.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ERP/CRM environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, KPI standardization, and enterprise data management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, portfolio prioritization, backlog management, and JIRA governance.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into analytics products and value.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, and related tools.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion OTBI/BIP, Salesforce reporting, ERP integrations is a plus.
• MBA or Master’s is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global BI organization, focusing on talent development and delivery excellence.
• Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Oversee BI platforms like Power BI, Fabric, OTBI/BIP, and Salesforce reporting.
• Establish standards for architecture, data quality, security, and KPI definitions.
• Own the BI product lifecycle from intake to deployment and support.
• Modernize legacy reporting and migrate to future-state analytics platforms.
• Build governed self-service analytics programs for business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize investments and maximize value.
• Oversee portfolio planning, backlog, JIRA governance, and releases.
• Support analytics, data science, and AI initiatives with governance teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executives.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of modern analytics.
