Global Lending Services (GLS) is seeking a Senior Director, Business Analytics to lead a line of business by optimizing costs, pricing, credit, and growth strategy to promote profitability. You will establish goals for the program and work cross-functionally to align objectives and outcomes, potentially overseeing multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years hands-on experience solving credit risk, pricing, or process design problems.
• Ability to manage external stakeholders during projects.
• Strong analytics skills producing forecasts, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and autonomous work.
• Ability to build business solutions in white-space environments.

• Perform high-quality, autonomous analyses that drive measurable business impact.
• Document processes to enable automation and reliability.
• Promote growth through cost-effective channels and stable operations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs.
• Develop and maintain a credit and decisioning framework for the line.
• Create dashboards and reporting foundations to monitor performance.
• Communicate program performance to managers and executives.
• Plan resources for technical implementations and improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead staff development.
• Handle additional assignments as needed.
