Job summary

Targetbase is seeking a Director in Decision Sciences to provide analytics leadership and strategic consultation across client initiatives. You will oversee performance measurement, data science, and reporting deliverables while mentoring team members.

The role requires 7+ years of applied analytics experience and a strong mix of marketing knowledge, data science, and dashboarding skills using Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on, applied analytics experience in segmentation, predictive modeling, digital analytics, measurement, or BI.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in IT Management or Business Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client marketing success through insight generation and tooling.
• Define marketing measurement, analysis, and reporting needs with internal and client stakeholders.
• Apply insights on customer behavior and marketing performance to advise on strategy and optimization.
• Design and develop client solutions with subject matter experts.
• Ensure all team members are informed on objectives and uses of insights.
• Lead project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exploratory analysis as needed.
• Communicate findings via dashboards, presentations, and documents.
• Develop junior analytic talent through mentorship and hands-on training.
