Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, CS, Mathematics, or Operations Research required; Doctorate is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years with a Master's (or 4 years with a Doctorate).
• Minimum 3 years in a highly regulated CLIA/FDA environment.
• Minimum 3 years of management leading medium-sized teams (7–20 engineers/analysts).
• Experience with genomic/bioinformatics workflows and lab processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ ExHS data science support engineers and analysts across shifts for timely, accurate production analytics.
• Enforce procedures for compliance, quality, and efficiency; measure and improve operational effectiveness.
