Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, seeks a Senior Manager to lead the DSPE DevOps team. You will guide data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automation to support Lab Operations and Genetic Counselor teams.

Responsibilities include leadership, architecture planning, performance optimization, and rigorous documentation to ensure quality and compliance across high-throughput systems. Remote USA role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Engineering or related; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in a DevOps or software team lead role in regulated environments.
• Experience designing production-grade tools for high-throughput settings.
• Hands-on with software design specs, V&V docs, and user manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a DevOps team to develop, test, deploy, and maintain DSPE data platforms and cloud tools.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and implementation plans.
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Create documentation and training materials for DSPE tools.
