Job summary

Paysafe seeks a strategic Director of Data Products & Data Licensing to lead data asset monetization and licensing partnerships. You will architect data product strategy, work cross-functionally to bring offerings to market, and drive revenue growth through analytics-driven solutions.

Responsibilities span ideation to launch, pricing, governance, and regulatory alignment, with a focus on delivering differentiated data products for payments, fintech, and related industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics, Data Licensing, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading strategic product initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building or commercializing data products, analytics solutions, APIs, benchmarking services, or data licensing programs.
• Strong understanding of product management disciplines, commercialization frameworks, and go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to operate effectively in highly cross-functional and matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for data products, data services, and data licensing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to monetize proprietary data assets through insights, APIs, analytics products, and licensing agreements.
• Develop business cases, TAM analysis, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans for data offerings.
• Lead the lifecycle of data products from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Partner with executive leadership to align data product strategy with company growth objectives.
• Structure and support data licensing partnerships including revenue-sharing models.
• Define operating models for external data distribution, governance, entitlement management, and reporting.
• Conduct market analysis on data monetization, AI, benchmarking, and industry intelligence.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape product direction.
