Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a strategic Director of Product Management to lead a team responsible for Open Finance payment solutions and an AI/ML-powered payment risk suite. Responsibilities

Define and execute portfolio vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities across the payments portfolio.
Lead, coach and develop a team of product managers with clear ownership and operating rhythms.
Guide 0-1 concept development through iterative delivery, launch and scale with engineering, data science, design, operations and go-to-market teams.
Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to build predictive payment risk models and fraud management capabilities.
Engage with financial institutions, fintechs, merchants and partners to validate value propositions and translate insights into the roadmap.
Develop product positioning, pricing, business cases and go-to-market plans for adoption and revenue growth.
Communicate vision to executives and align stakeholders across functions to drive decisions.
