Job summary

Relativity is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs within the Relativity Intelligence Platform. You will define strategy, governance, and roadmaps for data primitives, ontology, and query surfaces that power AI workflows for legal data.

You'll coach a scaling PM organization, drive internal GTM adoption of the Foundational Layer, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact while balancing ambiguity and technical

Qualifications

12+ years in product management.
5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.
Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to manage and build a PM team through hiring, leveling, and establishing product practice for a new domain
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience

Responsibilities

Own the Full PM Layer Across Multiple Engineering Orgs.
Establish the operating cadence for a multi-pillar PM org.
Drive internal GTM adoption of the Foundational Layer across Relativity product teams.
Coach a scaling PM org, building capability and advancing skills.
