Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior product manager to lead the Full PM Layer across multiple engineering organizations. You will define data primitives, ontology, and data capabilities that power the Relativity Intelligence Model and drive product strategy for the Foundational Layer.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to shape a scalable PM practice in a fast-moving AI-driven data platform. This role emphasizes technical credibility and organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management; 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage and build a PM team through hiring, leveling, and establishing product practice for a new domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Files / Natives: Define the storage substrate for legal documents, ensuring immutable data is accessible across products, partners, and AI workflows.
• Ontology / Relationship: Design the semantic layer with entities, relationships, and contracts for AI reasoning.
• Data Capabilities: Build observable, auditable data infrastructure and reporting foundations.
• Knowledge / Metadata: Create a unified data model and surface for all product teams and integrations.
• Query Plane: Develop a unified retrieval layer with lexical + vector search and tiered storage.
