Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation to run the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs. You will shape the semantic and data primitives, drive a unified platform used by Relativity AI workflows, and lead a team of PMs building scalable data capabilities.

You will partner with engineers, researchers, and customers to ensure the platform is observable, auditable, and reliable, delivering high-impact outcomes for complex legal data

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs and align on strategy.
• Define and refine data primitives (Files/Natives, Ontology/Relationship, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, Query Plane).
• Drive the roadmap for a unified data intelligence platform used across AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product teams, customers, and partners to ensure scalable, observable, and explainable infrastructure.
• Lead the cross-functional execution and mentor senior PMs in a high-ambition, fast-moving environment.
