Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior product leader to own the PM layer across multiple engineering organizations, building a scalable Relativity Intelligence model foundational layer that enables AI workflows over legal data. You will shape ontology, data capabilities, knowledge/metadata, and the retrieval plane while guiding internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM teams.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives including storage, metadata, knowledge graphs, and query engines.
• Experience building PM organizations and practices for new domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Full PM Layer Across Multiple Engineering Orgs, defining substrate for legal data and AI workflows.
• Define Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane requirements for scalable, auditable platforms.
• Drive internal GTM adoption and provide coaching to scale PM org across pillars.
