Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the PM layer across multiple engineering orgs. You will shape the ontology, data capabilities, and query plane to enable scalable AI-enabled workflows in a data-centric platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to govern APIs, data contracts, and retrieval surfaces while coaching a scaling PM organization and driving adoption of the Foundational Layer across Relativity’s product

Qualifications

12+ years in product management with leadership of platform or infrastructure PM teams.
Deep fluency with data platform primitives, metadata, and knowledge graphs.
Proven ability to hire, level, and establish PM practice for a new domain.
Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

Own the Full PM Layer Across multiple engineering orgs and drive platform strategy.
Define substrate, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane architectures.
Establish governance for APIs, data surface, and retrieval capabilities across teams.
Lead cross-functional efforts and coaching to scale PM capability while maintaining velocity.
Influence without direct authority to align multiple pillars and stakeholders.
