Job summary

Relativity seeks a Director of Product Management, Data Intelligence Foundation, to lead the PM layer across multiple engineering orgs. You will shape the substrate that powers Relativity's AI-enabled legal data platform and drive alignment with internal GTM teams.

The role requires exceptional PM leadership at scale, a deep fluency in data platform primitives, and the ability to hire, coach, and evolve a multi-pillar product organization while delivering tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management; 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.
• Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage and build a PM team through hiring, leveling, and establishing product practice for a new domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience

Responsibilities

• Own the Full PM Layer Across Multiple Engineering Orgs and define the substrate for legal data and AI workflows.
• Define Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane interfaces to enable scalable AI agents and reliable data access.
• Establish operating cadence for a multi-pillar PM org, drive alignment, and resolve trade-offs across pillars.
• Coach and scale the PM organization, developing talent and increasing PM impact.
• Influence cross-functionally without direct authority to drive adoption of the Foundational Layer.
• Make decisions under ambiguity and incorporate defensibility, chain of custody, and auditability as design requirements.
