Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Director of Data Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists. This role shapes the analytics strategy across the organization and partners with senior leadership to translate business goals into data-driven initiatives.

The Director oversees enterprise-wide data operations, drives governance and compliance, and guides the ingestion, transformation, and delivery of Product Org data to empower reporting surfaces and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of data and analytics projects.
• Allocate resources to meet project demands while balancing short- and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics projects.
• Act as primary stakeholder liaison to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and privacy within the team.
