Qualifications

• JD required; licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• 8–12 years of legal experience with substantial data privacy and technology transactions work.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. federal/state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA; GDPR familiarity).
• Privacy certification (CIPP/US, CIPM or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lennar's data privacy function, maintaining the privacy program and delivering timely, high-quality, risk-balanced legal services.
• Provide sophisticated privacy and commercial legal advice on data collection, use, sharing, retention, and cross-border transfers.
• Negotiate and draft data processing, vendor, and technology agreements; manage risk and commercial considerations.
