Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Professional experience in evaluation, outcomes measurement, research, data analysis, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and clubs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BGCB’s evaluation and outcomes strategy.
• Oversee data systems, dashboards, and data reporting for organizational impact.
• Collaborate with leaders to establish goals and key performance indicators.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and storytelling.
• Supervise and mentor staff involved in evaluation and data work.
