Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities/Construction Management, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in facilities management or engineering services with 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years in FM solutions development, bid management, or senior operations with staffing/cost ownership.
• Experience building staffing models and defending them to clients.
• Deep knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS, cooling, BMS/EPMS, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for data center IFM pursuits across portfolios.
• Translate requirements into defensible operating and staffing models.
• Build labor, org charts, scope matrices; defend assumptions in governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal to assemble integrated solutions.
• Author and orchestrate technical responses: staffing plans, transition plans, tech stack, governance.
• Lead workshops, site walks, due-diligence visits and client presentations.
• Maintain libraries of solution components, benchmarks, and pricing templates.
• Design on-site and remote engineering operating models with 24x7 coverage.
