NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to lead and optimize electrical infrastructure in data centers. This remote role supports our Technical Operations team across the United States, driving reliable power delivery and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in electrical engineering, strong knowledge of power systems, and experience with ETAP/SKM. This role offers a remote-friendly environment with occasional travel to client sites and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience with data center electrical infrastructure is a plus.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and principles.
Familiarity with power distribution systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering projects from design to execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize electrical systems and upgrades.
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, providing technical expertise to support the team.
Participate in the implementation of energy efficiency measures and sustainability initiatives.
Mentor and guide entry-level electrical engineers in their professional growth.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
