Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Director of Construction Management to lead our data center project management team and the delivery of project management services on major programs. You will drive service excellence, client engagement and market outreach.

The role requires 12+ years in construction PM, 2+ years leading large multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting setting, and a proven track record of delivering high-value projects.

Formación

• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large, high-performing multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients.
• Major construction sector experience with high-caliber clients in data center, real estate, and related sectors.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead communications with the client and oversight of project management team services.
• Lead research related to construction market conditions and analysis of data.
• Produce thought leadership reports providing insights to the construction market.
• Set a clear strategy and ambition with the team in line with the Business Plan.
• Grow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning, respect and inclusivity.
• Quality control and risk management, including KPI measurement and audits.
