Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics within financial services.
• 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience influencing decisions with stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen in operations and trends.
• Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience with large-scale data analysis.
• Proven ability to tell stories with data for executives.
• Experience developing marketing data and analytics strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, tactical, operational, and financial responsibilities for data storage, data preparation, data exploration, information governance, analytics and information delivery.
• Coordinate subfunction strategies for delivering information and analytics platforms to stakeholders.
• Ensure end-to-end information management, analytics and delivery processes are successful.
• Evaluate and integrate industry trends and best practices into processes and technology.
• Provide thought leadership on data architecture and evolving standards.
• Lead reporting initiatives and promote self-service analytics capabilities.
• Contribute strategic insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Set analytic direction aligned with business goals and drive adoption across the organization.
• Influence innovation, prioritize work, manage capacity, and resolve issues.
• Oversee information delivery risks and ensure data/process understanding across teams.
• Identify opportunities to use advanced data techniques to resolve business issues.
