Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in statistical, mathematical, or technical field (e.g., CS, data science).
10+ years of experience developing, implementing, and scaling data science/ML solutions.
Experience applying analytics to underwriting, pricing, risk decisions.
Proven people leadership and team development experience.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics solution development for underwriting, pricing, and decision processes.
Shape a prioritized roadmap of high-value use cases aligned with strategy.
Translate business problems into analytics product requirements and success metrics.
Ensure solutions are reliable, explainable, and compliant with governance.
Drive adoption through training, feedback, and change management.
Build and develop a data science team; balance delivery with capability growth.
Monitor performance, data quality, and business impact after deployment.
Communicate technical concepts and risks to senior stakeholders.
