Pacific Life is seeking a Director of Data Analytics in Charlotte, NC to lead the analytics strategy for Operations and partner with Transformation initiatives. The role drives governance, dashboards, forecasting, and advanced analytics to improve customer experience, efficiency, and business value.

You will manage senior analytics professionals, align analytics with data standards, and deliver executive-ready insights across Operations and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in data analytics, BI or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams or managers.
• Experience setting analytics strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience owning analytics delivery for multiple functions.

Mansioni

• Set strategy, vision, and roadmap for Operations Data Analytics across multiple teams.
• Own end-to-end analytics, including intake, prioritization, delivery, and adoption.
• Lead senior contributors and manage capacity, budget, and resources.
• Partner with Operations leadership and other stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Oversee dashboards, KPIs, self-service reporting, and governance.
