Job summary

Atlanta Mission is seeking a Data Analyst to empower strategic decisions across departments by turning data into actionable insights. You will build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI, while safeguarding data integrity and supporting cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for program and donor initiatives within a faith-based nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to build data reports.
• Experience with Salesforce reports/dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency or quick learning ability in SQL for data queries.
• Experience with Salesforce admin tasks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret donor and volunteer data to inform strategy.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and impact.
• Create client services and program dashboards for performance insights.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and conduct quality audits.
• Support data needs across departments and train users on best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on data initiatives.
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
