The Director of Data and Analytics foundational role in the newly-established Office of Evangelization and Mission (OEM). The OEM exists to serves as relational infrastructure across all of the initiatives of the Dominican Sisters. OEM connects the lived religious life of the Dominican Sisters with the world they are called to serve. The various missions and initiatives across the community, the particular call to evangelization in our culture today, along with the layers of relationships the Sisters have developed among friends, stakeholders, and mission partners, have called forth a new structure to support sustainability and organizational strength. Critical to this new structure is a team member tasked with surfacing the data about our mission and where future opportunities may be.
The Director of Data and Analytics reports to the Executive Director of the OEM and works collaboratively with the Director of Communications and the Director of Apostolic Initiatives by providing evidence-based recommendations. The Director of Data and Analytics also leads and organizes the data team. The Director of Data and Analytics serves with an adaptive, flexible, self-starter mindset, and co-creates the data and analytics strategy and roadmap with with evidence-based recommendations.
