The Harvard Medical School is looking for a full-time Director of Data and Analytics within the HCPDS. The role entails overseeing research analyses and data management for the NIH-funded study on Health and Aging in Africa.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics and related fields, along with extensive experience in managing data and analytics in research settings. A commitment to methodological rigor and the ability to supervise a team are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing or contributing to longitudinal observational research studies.
• Experience supporting NIH-funded research and IRB protocol preparation/compliance.

Responsabilités

• Leads and oversees research plans for papers related to project aims.
• Supervises data management processes, including quality assurance protocols.
• Oversees the public release of data and ensures timely dissemination of research findings.

Master’s Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field
