The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is seeking a Health Research and Data Analyst to support multidisciplinary health policy and health services research projects.

You will work with faculty across HPM and with the Healthcare Quality and Outcomes Lab on national datasets to evaluate health reforms and delivery models. Ideal candidates have strong SAS skills, advanced data management abilities, and the capacity to contribute to study design, analysis, and manuscript development across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, public health, applied mathematics, computer science, or closely related field, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Master's degree in Statistics/Biostatistics along with 2+ years of professional working experience
• Experience with SAS and statistical programming essential

Responsabilités

• Organizes, maintains and manages data used in large research studies from multiple sources
• Designs analytical databases and maintaining the integrity of the databases, including merging of multiple data sets and data manipulation to perform statistical analysis
• Oversees large data sets involving multiple years of data
• Interaction with remote consultants or team members
• Provides statistical analyses for multiple projects including multiple logistic and linear regression, longitudinal analysis, hierarchical models, and survey analysis
• Development of scientific reports and presentations
• Gives guidance to, and collaborates with faculties and statisticians on analytical objectives
• Other duties as assigned
