You’ll lead engineers, partner with product and design, and help teams ship high‑quality AI‑driven features at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years engineering experience and 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience building and running infrastructure for customer‑facing web apps.
• Experience building and using AI‑powered products in production.
• Collaborates with product managers and designers to deliver reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team and grow its scope over time.
• Hire well, coach deeply, and foster ownership and pride in what is shipped.
• Shape direction with Product, translating big ideas into focused execution.
• Set the technical bar and protect the system; mentor and empower tech leads.
