Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Portfolio Director, Clinical Operations AI and Data to coordinate AI and data strategies across clinical operations. You will lead opportunities, business cases, and governance, partnering with clinical leaders to deliver measurable value.

The role drives deployment in Epic and other platforms, oversees a cross-functional team, and reports to enterprise AI governance. Extensive healthcare informatics and leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare informatics, clinical operations, data and analytics.
• Experience at a Director-equivalent level of scope and influence.
• Direct experience with AI in healthcare, evaluating, piloting, or operationalizing AI/ML.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with AI Governance, IT, Cyber Security, and a PMO.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities and develop business cases with clinical sponsors.
• Lead AI exploration across embedded and standalone solutions.
• Vet solutions with AI Governance, IT, Cyber Security, and PMO and define implementation requirements.
• Curate and manage the portfolio of AI solutions for clinical operations.
• Align the portfolio to strategic priorities and the enterprise AI Portfolio of Record.
